Writer/editor/producer with prior time chiefly at the San Francisco Chronicle (my hometown paper of sorts) and The Associated Press, both as an editor on the National Desk and as a Seattle bureau staffer.
In 2007, I founded Old Bridge Media, a multimedia storytelling consultancy, to work collaboratively in exploring possibilities of online media.

Alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (M.A., Folklore '07) and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (B.S., Journalism, '96).
