Kim Raff isn’t from anywhere. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and has lived in every time zone in the continental United States. Kim studied photojournalism at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, and went on to intern at The Saginaw News (MI), The Flint Journal (MI), and Deseret News (UT).
Currently she resides with her thirteen house plants in Lynchburg, Va. where she works at The News & Advance as a staff photographer who specializes in community journalism. When not taking pictures, Kim enjoys horseshoes, skipping rocks and a good game of Gin Rummy.
