Overall a well done piece.
The b-roll was very clean and smooth and you had a nice mix of wide medium and tight shots through out the piece. I would have preferred to see more shots with actual guests using the hotel. After a while the empty weight room, lap pool, restaurant and spa became visually boring.
It sounds like you had some audio issues during the interview with the hotel manager. The interviewer's audio is mostly clean and bright while the hotel manager's audio had a hiss and is low.

You certainly packed a lot of images of the hotel in there without it feeling too overwhelming. I just wish that I could see the visuals in more detail when I go full screen. But I understand that's probably a limitation of your site.

Otherwise I think the audio is the only thing holding you back. At times I felt I was distracted by the audio hiss and the low volume that it kept me from holding focus on what the general manager was saying.
