The intro sequence is filmed very tight and I love that.  It provides a sense of mystery in the introduction to your character Ronda.  She's also very badass so that really helps.  I would say, your intro has the best composition.  The rest of your shots is too wide and doesn't retain my attention.   You need to focus on getting the camera in unique angles such as from her perspective using a GoPro and from the trainer's perspective where the punches are flying into the camera.  Put the viewer right in the heart of the action.

One tip I picked up when shooting sports is to raise the shutter speed to 1/500th or even more to emphasize the action.  I know its' not good to break the golden rule in shutter speed but this would be the best time to do so.  Maybe even consider changing the video to black and white because the fluorescent lights create very flat colours.

As for soundbites, you got great clips and the length is perfect.

Once criticism is the first music with the sound effect is jarring.  I would have slowly ramped the volume to create a smoother transition.

I would suggest if you have a secondary camera for interviews to move it to more of a profile shot so it's quite different than your master.  When you're also conducting the interview, feel free to move the master to get your mediums and close ups in between questions.

I would of actually never of shown her being interviewed and just use her soundbites underneath a series of action to visually tell the story.  It's without a doubt that it's Ronda speaking.  That would be a creative approach.

Maybe even cut out the trainer's soundbite cause it's evident she's tough and can be good as any other men out there.

You can thereby shorten the whole video to 2:30 because there is not real tension or drama that happens in the whole video to keep the audience engaged.

Hope this helps and keep up the great videography.
